Advertising and Executive Assistant

Penkhus Motor Company is a solid family-owned and operated multi-store dealer located in Colorado Springs, CO. We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company senior-level manager. Your responsibilities include managing calendars, bookkeeping and data entry, and community outreach support. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members. • Assist with Advertising for the Dealership (mutli-media) • Report directly to dealership leadership staff • Review clerical records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness • Coordinate activities and schedules of leadership staff • Maintain contact with customers and vendors • Assists in monthly closings • Act as the point of contact among executive, employees, clients and other external partners • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner • Manage executives calendars and set up meetings • Bookkeeping and data entry • Prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
