Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: • 15+ years of experience in advertising and/or marketing roles, with proven leadership in omnichannel strategies. • Experience managing diverse marketing teams and large-scale budgets. • A strong understanding of the grocery/retail/CPG industry and ability to navigate complex relationships. You will also need excellent management skills, negotiation skills, verbal and written communication skills, as well as solid quantitative and analytical skills.
