Advertising and Marketing Specialist

As a Marketing Specialist, you will design and implement effective advertising and marketing strategies that showcase our cutting-edge loan origination and servicing software products. What you bring: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, and/or a related fieldMinimum of four (4) years of experience in advertising and marketing, including developing and implementing marketing and advertising strategies, as well as graphic design experience, preferably for a mortgage company, financial institution, or in the software industrySignificant work experience in advertising or marketing specialist rolesAdvertising and marketing campaign portfolio upon requestIntermediate to Advanced Proficiency in Adobe CC Applications (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat)Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and ability to learn other software used by FICS in a Windows environmentPhysical ability to unpack, assemble, disassemble, and pack convention boothsStrong analytical skills to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaignsDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, as well as independentlyStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging contentExperience with email marketing is preferred but not requiredA creative mindset with an eagerness to learn and innovate
