What You’ll DoResponsible for the creation of monthly, seasonal, and special event in-store merchandising displays, signage, in-store video, in-store materials, and flyers in digital and printed publicationsWork with the marketing manager on the creation of STI generated literature- catalogs, forms, decals, vehicle graphics, box stuffers, etc.Manage company websites and general maintenance of websitesCollaborate with vendors on exterior signage Create trade show displays and signageAssist with building PowerPoint presentations and templatesCreate and distribute customer newsletters, In-Side STI newsletter and press releasesManage brand management by updating and maintaining company and vendor logs for all related media usage, including apparelCoordinate event, product and customer location photography or videography for promotional useManage Co-Op programs with vendors by submitting for Co-Op and submitting credit memos to accountingManage SEO marketing efforts for www.tur-care.com and work with website developersAssist in the management and marketing efforts on all STI social media accounts- Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedInWhen necessary, complete projects and/or orders by coordinating with outside agencies, marketing services, suppliers, commercial printers, through the RPF processProvide support for The Smith CenterAssist with posting products to 3rd party sales avenues such as Craigslist or Facebook MarketplaceAssist the TCE Administrators with the management of STI’s Google pages for each location Stay informed on industry trends, products and technologySkills We Are Seeking· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field· Minimum of 1 year of overall experience in marketing, with a focus on digital and social media content creation and management· Strong understanding of fundamental marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices, including digital marketing, content marketing, and brand management· Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc) and content management systems· Experience with email marketing and website content updates · Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment with both internal and external partners· Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects and deadlines, and shift focus between projects/tasks, with strong attention to detail· Strategic thinker, highly organized with exceptional time management skills· Strong verbal and written communication (proofreading) skillsBenefits· Competitive Compensation· Medical, Dental, Vision, Short and Long Term Disability, Life Insurance· Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays· 401(k) with Company Match· Employee Referral Program· Opportunity of Advancement· Paid Training and Certifications · Free Counseling Services- EAP· Product Discounts· Weekends Off!STI is strongly committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all employees and all applicants for employment.
