Advertising and Project Manager

Wisconsin State Fair Park (WSFP) is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Advertising & Project Manager. This position will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and delivery of advertising campaigns and creative marketing projects, on behalf of WSFP brand properties like the Wisconsin State Fair, Milwaukee Mile racing, Harvest Fair and other events. Creative Project Management • Oversee the entire lifecycle of creative projects, from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget • Act as liaison with internal departments, project stakeholders, and Creative Services team to create engaging marketing materials for advertising channels, printed and digital collateral, social media marketing, email marketing, agency websites, etc. Marketing Division Leadership • Lead the planning of certain marketing events for Wisconsin State Fair Park • Ensure positive communication between departments when gathering and disseminating information • Brainstorm and develop engaging marketing ideas that resonate with the target audience and align with brand identity • Evaluate and identify opportunities for continuous improvement processes on behalf of the Marketing Division All Limited Term and Seasonal Employment Positions, including those for the annual Wisconsin State Fair, require Wisconsin Residency, as defined in § 6.10(1), at the time of application and throughout employment with Wisconsin State Fair Park.
