Responsibilities: • Review and edit advertising and promotional materials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements • Collaborate with marketing and sales personnel to review and provide guidance on advertising/promotion materials and messaging • Maintain geography-specific advertising and promotion regulatory policies, processes, and SOPs • Train key internal stakeholders on regulatory requirements and policies This role requires a strong understanding of regulatory affairs, particularly in the medical device industry. The successful candidate will have experience completing regulatory affairs reviews of advertising and promotional related material in a medical device environment.
