Advertising and Sales Administrator

The Advertising and Sales Administrator plays a crucial role in the success of IBJ Media’s sales team, by managing advertising campaigns and supporting the sales team. The Advertising and Sales Administrator reports directly to the IBJ Media Director of Advertising/Sales. • Compile weekly sales reports for IBJ, Inside INdiana Business, Indiana Lawyer, AdEndeavor • Prepare projection sheets and other sales revenue/account rep related reports • Prepare monthly report for digital products • Respond to audit findings for advertising product deliveries • Work with Advertising Director on annual budgets/sales rep budgets and enter into the CRM system and on sales reports • Maintain Master Account List and Sales Routing Sheet - Prior sales and/or admin experience is a plus, not required -Opportunity to grow into a sales role
