Role Summary This is an entry-level position that involves working with clients and colleagues to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives. You will need to develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: • Drive revenue growth and meet quarterly targets through effective sales strategies • Create new business opportunities and deliver results for clients through innovative radio & digital campaigns • BUILD strong relationships with existing clients, colleagues, and station talent, ensuring timely preparation, delivery, and follow-through • Achieve revenue goals for existing, new, and digital/broadcast business, as well as station initiatives • Develop compelling proposals based on discovery meetings, utilizing cutting-edge research and creative ideas, along with robust broadcast and digital offerings • Monitor digital campaign pacing and effectiveness, identifying opportunities to optimize campaign performance and account growth • Present campaign results and key insights to clients, enabling upsell opportunities • Assist in resolving invoice discrepancies and provide necessary documentation for full payment of client schedules • Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions
