Job Summary: The Advertising Architect is a pioneer in the field of Digital Advertising, possessing a hybrid skill set ranging from best-in-class technical expertise to operational acumen. This is followed by technical and strategic requirements gathering discussions led by the Advertising Architect, with the goal of identifying the Client's quickest path to value onto the Fluency platform. Primary Responsibilities: - Lead or Support Client Kick-off call; provide overview of Fluency platform and how it can best meet Client needs - Lead Solution Design discussions to identify key Goals & Requirements for onboarding success and path to value, relating to Budget, Data, and Ad Strategy - Partner with Lead Advertising Architect to identify Tech Strategy for Implementation Plan based upon finding from Solution Design session - Partner with Implementation Manager (or support Enterprise Imp Manager) to build & maintain Client Project Plan - Lead recurring client calls to execute upon Implementation Goals & Requirements - Troubleshoot issues discovered by Client during live Implementation calls and discuss path forward - Delegate implementation tasks to Advertising Engineer, as necessary - Champion Custom Work requests as necessary by providing clear functional requirements & prioritization details for Product & Engineering teams - Configure Fluency Platform according to Client specifications (Channel Partner integrations, Account Data, Ad Data, Budget, Blueprint builds) - Follow agreed upon Scope & Schedule to ensure each implementation is successful - Participate in handoff of implementation details to Client Services team upon successful completion Required Experience: - Minimum (2) years hands on paid media experience - Experience communicating with C-Level executives - Project management experience - Experience building and managing complex digital advertising campaigns - Strong communication, time management, critical thinking and problem solving skills Fluency is headquartered in Vermont.
