Santa Fe is growing and so is our customer base! The Santa Fe New Mexican seeks an experienced Advertising Multimedia Sales Consultant to manage an established client base with extensive opportunities for new business and growth.

Our compensation and benefit package is very competitive ($23-$28/hour). You'll be the behind-the-scenes hero making everything run smoothly! Here is a basic list of the job duties -

You'll be:

* Supporting the Advertising Director and sales team with day-to-day department operations

* Generating, filtering, and analyzing advertising reports identifying discrepancies and trends

* Managing ad scheduling, contract entry, and reservation calendars

* Becoming a super-user of our Stratica advertising database

* Handling client communications on routine service and scheduling matters

* Assisting with outbound outreach to existing and prospective advertisers

You need:

* Prior administrative or customer service experience

* Strong reporting and analytical skills comfort working with data is essential

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel

* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

* Experience in a sales environment is a plus

* Associate's degree preferred
