Responsibilities • Assist in planning and executing advertising campaigns across print and digital platforms • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and other departments to ensure campaign consistency • Conduct market research and analyze consumer data to support strategic initiatives • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports for review • Help manage schedules, deadlines, and budgets for advertising projects • Maintain organized records of marketing and advertising assets • Support the team with administrative and project-related tasks as needed Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field • 1+ year of experience in an administrative or marketing-related role (internships accepted) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Basic knowledge of advertising principles and media planning • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines • Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
