Advertising Attorney - Top Company, Long-Term

Epiq is sourcing for a very large, well-known and well-respected multinational corporation / technology company, an attorney with significant experience (7+ years) in the areas of structuring, negotiating, and drafting Advertising- related agreements and assist with other digital and advertising related matters, on a potentially very long-term basis. The attorney will also work on software distribution agreements in support of the company's business development initiatives. The successful candidate will enjoy counseling business partners directly, and will welcome having primary responsibility for agreements and the opportunity to make a direct impact on the success of the company's revenue generating initiatives This position requires strong drafting skills and demonstrable experience in all areas of advertising sales, delivery, technology and operations, including a strong knowledge of the programmatic advertising ecosystem (ad exchanges, demand and supply side platforms, data management platforms, etc.). In addition, experience with Internet and mobile publishing and software/application distribution and with content & data licensing matters is strongly preferred. To be considered for the position the candidate must possess 7+ years of legal experience at a company and/or a major law firm with experience in advertising, licensing, digital media and intellectual property.
