Provide customer service in-person, over the phone, or online depending on assignment Support daily operations in areas such as customer support, sales, or administrative tasks Assist with marketing, advertising, or branding efforts, including social media and online presence Help build and maintain customer relationships while supporting business development initiatives Contribute to outreach efforts such as lead generation, research, and follow-up Assist with scheduling, logistics, coordination, and general organization of day-to-day activities Support operational needs on-site, including hands-on or project-based work when required Proactively source new consumers, suppliers, and create new opportunities through lead generation, referrals, cold calling etc. Willingness to work in different environments (office, on-site, or customer-facing) depending on role placement Present exceedingly well and professionally Be highly competitive, goal-oriented and effective in dealing with conflict Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and take on a variety of responsibilities Comfortable interacting with customers in person, over the phone, or online Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems and platforms quickly Organized with good attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet
