In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing advertising sales across a portfolio of professional association partners. You will serve as a trusted liaison between our organization and our association partners and will be helping advertisers reach niche member audiences through print, digital, event, and sponsorship opportunities.This role is ideal for a highly organized and driven sales professional who thrives on relationship building, goal attainment and does not require micromanagement. You’ll be expected to take ownership of your accounts, identify new revenue opportunities, and build long-term relationships with existing advertisers whilst seeking out prospective new advertisers.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and achieve revenue targets for each assigned association, with budgets grounded in realistic, data-driven expectations.Proactively identify, pursue, and close new advertising and sponsorship opportunities to drive growth.Build and nurture strong relationships with advertisers and sponsors, delivering exceptional service and value.Approach every sale with integrity, ensuring that advertising solutions are aligned with client goals and success.Collaborate seamlessly with association partners and internal teams to support shared objectives.Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date sales pipeline within Salesforce.com.Participate in client calls and meetings; support the ongoing management of association relationships.Oversee campaign fulfillment to ensure all advertising is delivered as sold and assist with timely invoice collection.QualificationsPrior advertising sales experience required (digital preferred); programmatic knowledge is a plus.Strong understanding of consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches.Entrepreneurial mindset, goal-oriented (including financial goals), and a collaborative team player.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.Proficiency with Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).Bachelor’s degree required.What We ProvideA collaborative, close-knit team environment that rewards achievement with flexibility and autonomy.Established, cloud-based sales systems (Salesforce, QuickBooks, email marketing tools).Access to a lead generation team to support your prospecting efforts.A clear and transparent compensation structure with monthly commission payouts.Work EnvironmentThis is a remote position and requires a dedicated home office setup.
