We take pride in a culture that values creativity, collaboration, and a passion for the distinct magic of the moviegoing experience, unrivaled in its impact and engagement.Responsibilities:Handle administrative tasks for the Campaign Management DepartmentAct as liaison between inter-company departmentsReview and process all incoming creative materials for assigned divisionsInterface with the Creative Department to ensure cinema campaigns are created within required specificationsWork with clients to obtain approval of cinema campaigns for assigned divisionsReceive and resolve complaints and problems regarding campaigns, escalate when necessaryInterface with sales offices and clients to ensure that all necessary creative/production information is complete and accurateMaintain overall quality by proofing all materials prior to routing and releaseEnsure that the physical flow of all production and sign-offs are managed effectivelyEffectively communicate with sales teams on client campaign statusEducate sales and clients on processes, workflows and creative best practicesApply professional training and experience to achieve maximum resultsQualifications:Education: Associate's degree required.Skills: Excellent customer service, problem-solving, interpersonal, verbal, written, and organizational skills.Experience: Proven ability to multi-task and work under strict deadlines.Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; familiarity with Adobe Photoshop Elements and QuickTime.Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management.Salary Range: 36,000-40,000 USD Annually + Benefits, salary commensurate with experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
