Advertising Campaign Coordinator

Spectrum Reach is a leading advertising sales business that provides custom solutions for local, regional and national clients. As an essential team member supporting our Ad Sales team, the Account Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring accurate campaign delivery for our clients. They will be able to adapt to change quickly and prioritize multiple tasks with competing deadlines. Key responsibilities include accurately entering all orders for linear and digital advertising schedules, reviewing and processing orders to ensure necessary paperwork is submitted, and partnering with Credit and Billing teams to ensure client credit levels and contract completeness. Ability to pull and analyze advanced campaign metric reporting using internal and external tools is a plus.
