Partners with Product Marketing to drive campaigns supporting game sales, Game Pass subscriptions, engagement and retention. • *Required Skills:** – Marketing campaign development (minimum 5 years, preferably video games) – Copywriting/messaging and project management for marketing campaigns (minimum 5 years) – Experience working with programming/developer/content management teams (minimum 5 years) – Campaign strategy development and execution – Project management and time management – Partnership and cross-functional collaboration – Strong communication skills – Analytical mindset for continuous improvement – Attention to detail (typos in resume are disqualifying) • *Preferred Skills:** – Experience supporting large gaming consoles or gaming studios – Web production or digital merchandising experience – Experience as web content manager, advertising manager, media manager, or content manager – Gaming industry knowledge and GTM plans understanding – Consumer subscription services and content marketing knowledge – Personal gaming experience/passion – Advertising, media planning, product marketing, product management, paid media, business strategy experience • *Years of Experience:** 7-10+ years overall experience in the field • *Industry Experience:** Gaming industry experience strongly preferred, particularly with large gaming consoles or studios. Experience with subscription services and digital marketing campaigns in entertainment/gaming sector.
