As a key leader of Xbox’s Digital Marketing team, the Senior Digital Marketing Xbox In-Product Campaign Manager will lead Game Pass campaigns across Xbox In-Product surfaces including console, pc, and mobile experiences • In this role, you will partner closely with Product Marketing on the strategy and execution of campaigns focused on driving Game Pass sign ups, upgrades, engagement, and retention. In addition, you’ll recommend new campaign ideas, define audience strategy and ongoing testing plans • Drive ongoing testing, measurement, and campaign optimization across campaigns in partnership with Senior Marketing Content Marketing Lead, Analytics and Data Science teams • Continue to iterate new creative ideas to continue to push acquisition and engagement with core audiences across surfaces • Develop a consistent playbook for communicating campaign and creative executions with stakeholders across Digital Marketing and with 1st/3rd party partner teams • Contribute to the development of the Digital Marketing GTM plans including sharing creative executions and reporting on campaign performance Typical Day in the Role: • Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is managing marketing campaigns for a large gaming organization across all endpoints including console, mobile, PC, and the cloud. The role will work closely with marketers for this service on acquisition and retention of subscribers • Typical Task Breakdown and Operating Rhythm: The role will consist of 33% meetings, 33% heads down, 33% working with development teams Candidate Requirements: • Years of Experience Required: 8-10+ overall years of experience in the field • Degrees or Certifications Required: A college degree is required to be eligible for this role.
