Job Summary The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing advertising campaigns, working closely with the Creative Teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget constraints. Key responsibilities include leading the implementation of projects and campaigns, creating strong relationships with internal stakeholders/clients, and collaborating with Creative Director, Corporate, and Property-Level Marketing Operators, IT, and Compliance teams. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of quality control procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience in a relevant field is required, along with 5+ years of experience managing a creative team and 10+ years of graphic design experience.
