About the Role The Account Director leads key accounts, setting the tone as a thought leader, trusted partner, and resource. • Lead client accounts as primary relationship owner • Serve as trusted marketing advisor to client stakeholders • Identify growth opportunities and innovative solutions for clients • Manage account financials, including SOWs, invoicing, and P&L • Direct agency resources across accounts to fulfill deliverables • Brief creative and strategic teams on initiatives and campaigns • Collaborate with project management to resolve competing requirements • Contribute input on account activity and participate in senior meetings • Mentor and manage account team members, supporting professional development Requirements: • 3+ years of management experience • Proven financial acumen and experience managing large client budgets • Excellent presentation, writing, and verbal communication skills • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience preferred Industry Experience: Building materials industry experience is a plus.
