Advertising Compliance Account Analyst

Company IntegriShield has a team of dedicated individuals working towards a common goal. IntegriShield’s company focus is compliance with additional support services. We assist our clients in monitoring, identifying, and resolving marketing compliance violations. Essential Job Functions: • Gain knowledge of industry guidelines across all the industries we serve • Compile data and prepare reports in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Keep documents up to date • Strategically approach tasks based on high priorities • Track progress and follow-up activities • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly client benchmarks and goals • Complete monitoring and projects for assigned accounts • Have a good understanding of the internet and social media platforms • Have a good understanding of marketing and affiliate networks is a plus • Professionally remediate violations with third parties with a service-oriented goal • Participate in weekly client calls • Participate in developing and making suggestions to improve company systems and processes • Maintain client documents • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality • Ability to work as a team • Good communication skills • Detail-oriented • Ability to identify trends or inconsistencies • Strong problem-solving skills • Analytical skills to interpret data and generate reports
