Key Responsibilities Review advertising submissions for compliance with SEC and FINRA regulations Collaborate with the compliance team and marketing to address compliance concerns and improve advertising processes Serve as a liaison between the compliance and marketing teams, providing guidance on compliance requirements Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field preferred Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in advertising review within the financial services industry Broad knowledge of SEC, FINRA, and DOL regulations Experience with advertising-related compliance systems preferred Conversational understanding of Spanish is preferred
