As an Advertising Compliance Specialist, you will ensure regulatory compliance with state and marketing standards. You will serve as subject matter expert of products, services or sales related process, procedures and systems, providing validation for inquiries coming from the NAIC and departments of insurance, performing audits and/or compliance related projects and reporting status of compliance mandate projects. • Provide business requirements for the implementation of product related compliance projects. • Demonstrated experience with product, sales or service specifics as required in area of expertise.
