Introduction The Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency (MLGCA) serves as one of the largest revenue sources for the State of Maryland, supporting important state programs and services including education, public health and safety, human resources and the environment. 330 Baltimore, Maryland 21230 Main Purpose of Job Provide support for members of the Creative Services department in the development and implementation of Lottery advertising programs. Acts as billing administrator for Creative Services department, with duties to include, but not be limited to:review, record and track billing documentation (estimates, authorizations, approvals, invoices andreconciliations) used by the Sr. Advertising Manager and Director of Creative Services to manage theLottery's advertising budget and monitor committed funds on a real-time basis. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Experience: Seven years of experience in public information, public relations, journalism or other related experience in publicity or promotional work. Candidates may substitute the possession of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with at least 30 semester credit hours in one or more of the following subjects: English, journalism, public relations, writing or other similar and related areas of study and three years of experience in public information, public relations, journalism or other related experience in publicity or promotional work for the required experience.
