The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, executing, and monitoring advertising campaigns across print, digital, and traditional channels. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage advertising campaigns from conception through execution Communicate with external vendors and advertising partners to ensure timely delivery of materials Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports Ensure all advertising content aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives Maintain and update internal tracking systems for budgeting and timelines Assist with the creation of promotional materials and marketing collateral Support the marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks and project updates QualificationsQualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in advertising, marketing coordination, or related roles Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of advertising principles and campaign strategies Additional InformationBenefits Competitive salary: $60,000-$65,000 per year Opportunities for professional development and internal growth Collaborative and supportive team environment Exposure to a wide variety of industries and clients On-site training and continuous skill-building support Paid time off and company-recognized holidays Health and wellness benefits
