The Advertising Coordinator will support the Marketing team to proactively coordinate and streamline production of advertising and media campaigns from the point of conception through campaign execution, with extreme organization and superb communication with internal teams and external partners. Job Responsibilities... • Assist Advertising Manager with day-to-day tasks, projects and campaigns related to advertising with strong attention to detail including opening job requests with internal agency, copywriting, proofing and communicating revisions, securing approvals, final dissemination of materials to vendor and facilitating deliverables • Assist Advertising Manager with the development, strategy and production of traditional advertising, brand marketing and related assets including signage, posters, slot toppers, print ads, magazine ads, billboards, radio and other media • Assist Advertising Manager in the production of job requests from external departments at Ocean including signage, posters, coupons, table tents, decals, logos, menus, etc • Collaborate and build rapport with Marketing team members, internal agency, external departments at Ocean and external vendors, partners and media reps to support goals and meet deadlines • Review media proposals and provide recommendations for upcoming events, entertainment and brand campaigns • Maintain awareness of market trends, new product offerings and media partners to present new ideas to Advertising team • Oversee bi-weekly presentations and provide recaps and/or generate reports for intended audiences when needed • Assist Advertising Manager with processing invoices and input purchase requisitions and purchase orders in an accurate and timely fashion • Assist the Marketing Team as needed with photoshoots, live broadcasts, off-property events and/or volunteer opportunities; may require a flexible work schedule • Perform other functions as assigned by the Executive Director of Marketing and Director of Advertising Essential Functions • Exposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to second hand smoke, excessive noise and hectic environments. • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Must be able to stand for an entire shift and be able to move throughout the hotel area • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.)
