As an Advertising Coordinator, you will ensure the successful execution of our advertising contracts, focusing on charting, post-sale processes, and managing operator accounts, including private vessel operators and state and government organizations. • Develop and implement SOPs and internal processes for advertising operations. • 1-3 years of experience in advertising operations, account management, sales coordination, and/or agency experience • Bachelor’s Degree • Prior experience in advertising or media industries, preferably in OOH (out-of-home) advertising • Strong interpersonal skills with experience in fostering client relationships and ensuring satisfaction • Demonstrated ability to drive growth in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment • Proficiency in CRM software, such as HubSpot, and data analysis tools • Proficiency in Excel and project management tools • Ability to timely and accurately enter and compile data • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across markets and assets • High level of organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
