Spaceshop is currently seeking an Advertising Coordinator: Ensure client’s advertising goals are documented and understood by the entire team and properly implemented into the campaign systems. • Monitor campaigns throughout life-cycle, communicating with account managers, clients and vendors on issues as needed. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent listening skills and the ability to adjust to the personalities of various partners is part of this position. • Provide research and insight, as needed and as assigned. • Help to craft Amazon Advertising messaging, as needed and assigned • Be present and take notes on client conference calls or meetings as needed • Be present and take notes on vendor conference calls or meetings as needed • Translate notes to tasks in the PM system, as needed, and help shepherd deliverables with stakeholders.
