Advertising Coordinator

Los Angeles magazine, Orange Coast magazine and Pasadena magazine has an immediate opening for a self-motivated, organized individual to assist a team of senior account managers in advertising sales & marketing. Candidate must have the capacity to work independently, have excellent computer software experience, be resourceful, a problem-solver, and be proficient in verbal and written communications. • Collecting all print advertising material from client by or before deadlines • Manage schedule for client photo shoots and writers for purchased profiles or advertorials • Manage daily project grid across three publications • Create and maintain sales boards, call schedules, and sales contest data • Prepare monthly print order with issue mailings and distribution lists • Assist the Director of Sales with daily projects to support sales team initiatives.
