About the Role The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales Team, ensuring that all sales-related tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities: • Assist the Sales Team in meeting and exceeding revenue goals • Coordinate and process sales-related correspondence, contracts and reports • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and A/E's • Track production activities and provide completion reports • Develop a clear understanding of the CMS/IMS systems Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree • Computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Minimum 1-2 years of professional work experience
