We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Advertising Coordinator to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting the planning and execution of advertising campaigns across various platforms (excluding social media). Responsibilities • Coordinate advertising campaigns from planning to execution, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for the production and placement of print, radio, TV, and digital display advertisements • Track campaign performance, gather analytics, and prepare reports for management • Assist with copywriting, proofreading, and reviewing advertising materials • Manage project timelines and organize campaign assets • Support the marketing and creative teams in day-to-day administrative tasks related to advertising Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field • 1-2 years of experience in an advertising or marketing role (internships accepted) • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Familiarity with advertising principles and media channels (excluding social media)
