About Us Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Advertising Coordinator to support our marketing and advertising initiatives. Responsibilities • Coordinate and manage advertising campaigns from conception through execution • Communicate with external vendors and advertising partners to ensure timely delivery of materials • Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports • Ensure all advertising content aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives • Maintain and update internal tracking systems for budgeting and timelines • Assist with the creation of promotional materials and marketing collateral • Support the marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks and project updates Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field • 1–3 years of experience in advertising, marketing coordination, or related roles • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Knowledge of advertising principles and campaign strategies Additional Information
