Responsibilities • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of advertising campaigns • Monitor campaign performance and provide timely reports • Work closely with creative and account teams to ensure consistent messaging • Coordinate media placements and scheduling • Maintain accurate records of campaign deliverables and deadlines • Communicate with vendors and partners to manage ad materials and approvals • Stay up to date with industry trends and recommend new advertising opportunities Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field • 1–2 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a similar role • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines • Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset
