Advertising Coordinator

Join the Dillard's Central Division Advertising and Sales Promotion Department in Little Rock, Arkansas, for a dynamic role in a fast-paced buying office environment. We are seeking a fashion-conscious individual with strong creativity and collaboration skills to work closely with the buying staff and the Creative Director. Candidates should possess a high degree of creativity with a focus on achieving results in a fast-paced retail marketing environment along with the capacity to maintain flexibility, prioritize work and pivot quickly to alternate projects when needed. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordinating marketing ideas between the buying staff and the advertising department, designing advertising materials, supporting store promotions and working alongside the Director of Special Events on major projects.
