Advertising Coordinator

• Serves as an ambassador for Arkansas Living and the Electric Cooperatives of Arkansas, representing the magazine and the cooperative network with professionalism and positivity at conferences, community events and other public-facing activities. • Prepares billing for advertisers and member cooperatives for circulation revenue and works with accounting for collection of overdue advertising accounts. • The ability to handle necessary stress and work well with others are essential functions of this position. While performing the functions of this job, the employee is continuously required to talk or hear; regularly required to sit; frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms; and occasionally required to stand, walk, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. In addition, this position will conduct the annual circulation audits and assist with updating mailing lists for the magazine, along with other business operations.
