• Ad Trafficking & Inventory Management • Schedule and upload ads to platforms (e.g. print, website, social media, newsletters). • Coordinate with editorial, newsletter teams, and reps for promotions. • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Support • Provide vacation coverage for sales reps • Act as liaison between sales, editorial, promotions (and other departments as needed). • Comfortable with both creative tasks (ad design/layout adjustments) AND quantitative work (campaign metrics, reporting). Preferred Experience • Proven experience in a support or administrative role (particularly in media or advertising) • Experience with promo/contest execution.
