Contact clients via email and phone to obtain materials for print and digital advertisingWork closely with clients, account executives and the AY Media Group production teamOrganize and track print and digital insertion ordersManage advertising materials and deadlines across multiple publications and digital platformsMaintain accurate and organized records using Google Sheets and other internal systemsPrioritize multiple projects while ensuring deadlines and production requirements are metAssist with additional responsibilities as needed, particularly around press and production deadlinesQUALIFICATIONS: This is a full-time, in-office position in Little Rock, Arkansas.
