Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Advertising Director to lead and execute strategic advertising initiatives across multiple retail locations in Fort Myers, Naples, and Miami, Florida. This role is responsible for developing and managing comprehensive advertising campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.The Advertising Director will oversee digital and traditional advertising strategies, manage agency and vendor relationships, analyze campaign performance, and collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing efforts with company growth objectives.This role requires a highly analytical and creative leader with proven experience managing advertising campaigns for retail or consumer-facing brands.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Advertising LeadershipDevelop and implement a comprehensive advertising strategy across all company markets.Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social media, search, radio, television, outdoor, and print.Identify opportunities to improve brand awareness and customer acquisition through targeted advertising initiatives.Campaign ManagementOversee the planning, budgeting, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns.Monitor campaign performance using analytics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.Coordinate seasonal campaigns, promotional initiatives, and brand launches.Digital Marketing OversightManage digital advertising channels including:Google AdsPaid Social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc. )Programmatic advertisingDisplay and retargeting campaignsAnalyze digital performance metrics including CPC, ROAS, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.Vendor & Agency ManagementManage relationships with advertising agencies, media buyers, and creative vendors.Negotiate advertising contracts and media placement agreements.Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and creative assets.Market Expansion & LocalizationDevelop location-specific campaigns tailored to Fort Myers, Naples, and Miami markets.Analyze regional demographics, consumer behavior, and competitive positioning to refine messaging.Budget & Performance ManagementManage the companys advertising budget and ensure efficient allocation across channels.Provide executive leadership with performance reports, advertising insights, and ROI analysis.Continuously test new marketing channels and strategies to improve results.QualificationsRequired Experience5+ years of experience in advertising, marketing leadership, or media strategyExperience managing multi-channel advertising campaignsExperience with digital marketing platforms and analytics toolsDemonstrated ability to manage large advertising budgets and measure ROIPreferred ExperienceExperience in retail, luxury retail, jewelry, or consumer goods industriesExperience managing regional or multi-location marketing campaignsExperience working with advertising agencies and media buying firmsSkillsStrong analytical and strategic thinkingExcellent project management and leadership abilitiesData-driven decision makingCreative campaign developmentVendor negotiation and managementExcellent communication and presentation skillsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceHealth and benefits packageOpportunities for growth within a multi-location organizationWork LocationThis role supports operations in:Fort Myers, FLNaples, FLMiami, FLPeriodic travel between markets may be required.recblid 1i5xjc5fl2npwfdw0f66ai3vva42jdNot Specified
