What You'll Do: Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain a high-performing Ad Support team aligned to eAccountable's growth trajectorySet clear performance expectations, conduct regular evaluations, and proactively manage performance issuesBuild and execute structured training and development programs that keep the team ahead of the evolving marketplace advertising landscapeFoster a culture of accountability, urgency, and excellence — consistent with eAccountable's core values Develop and own comprehensive advertising strategies across Sponsored Ads and DSP that drive client growth and expand eAccountable's revenueAlign media strategy with each client's broader business objectives, ensuring every dollar spent maps to a measurable outcomeIdentify and act on opportunities to grow client investment in DSP and total ad spend — turning strategy into incremental revenueStay current on the latest trends, platform updates, and competitive shifts across Amazon Advertising and key marketplace channelsCollaborate directly with the VP of Marketplaces to surface and develop business growth opportunities within the advertising practice
