Account Coordinator Opportunity We are seeking an Account Coordinator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are eager to grow their advertising experience quickly. This position reports directly to the Director of Account Services. Qualifications: • A strong eagerness for continuous learning • Excellent attention to detail • Able to generate ideas and work effectively in a team environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite products • Strong organizational and follow-through skills • Ownership of tasks and time management skills • Experience with project management tools such as Asana is preferred • A Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred • 2 years of experience at an advertising agency is preferred but not required Responsibilities Include: • Attend agency and client meetings as necessary • Assist with meeting preparation, including gathering materials/info from other team members and creating presentations • Coordinate with agency members for account services, production, digital, media, and billing • Manage broadcast and digital projects, including requesting, proofing, and gathering final approvals • Quality assurance of production and agency assets • Daily internal and client communication • Logging, distributing, and managing meeting notes and action items • Task management of your own tasks, as well as working with team members to ensure you receive needed materials on time • Variety of tasks related to online reputation and social media, digital reporting, team meetings, and more
