Position SummaryAs a Senior Media Planner, you’re a curious thinker who can balance the rigor and creativity of research and planning across all media channels with an eye to detail. Always a strategic thinker, you’ll partner across agency disciplines, lead the media planning work for several clients in multiple industries, and contribute to the positive culture at broadhead.Essential ResponsibilitiesAssist in building integrated media plans that produce measurable resultsDemonstrate effective communication skills presenting media plans to clientsDevelop and maintain effective relationships with media partnersMonitor metrics and provide actionable insights via reporting outputs to clientsCreate and manage media flowcharts and budgetsResearch and share knowledge on media trends and emerging media opportunitiesCollaborate with agency partners to deliver best in class paid, earned, and owned client recommendationsPerform other duties as assigned to meet the changing needs of the agencyExperience3-5+ years of experience working in an agency media department or in-house media departmentKey CompetenciesUnderstanding of media planning fundamentalsExperience with many types of online and offline paid mediaSkilled at interpersonal relationships and ability to interact with individuals from all areas of the industry, both internally and externallyAbility to handle details with accuracyAbility to be flexible and adaptable to constant changeAbility to effectively handle multiple tasks on tight timelinesAbility to problem-solveCompensation Details:The salary range for this position is $60,000 – $75,000 Our employees are eligible for a full package of traditional benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. We are a hybrid work company (3 days/week in-office, 2 days/week remote is a typical week at broadhead) with Paid Time Off, paid holidays, and 401(k) matching. In addition, we provide paid parental leave, performance-based bonuses, employee stipends, and gym access.
