We're seeking a highly skilled data scientist to join our team and help us drive monetization and sustainable revenue growth for TikTok. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in quantitative analysis, a strong background in math, statistics, economics, computer science, or other quantitative fields, and fluency in SQL or other programming languages. The Lead Ads team is part of the TikTok Monetization Product organization and is responsible for building lead generation solutions that enable businesses to create seamless interactions with their customers while ensuring our community feels comfortable and safe on the platform. • Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond numbers and understand how our customers interact with our ads products. • Partner with data engineering to build/maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor the performance of our products and identify insights.
