Advertising Manager

The Advertising Manager oversees all advertising and public relations initiatives for Laguna Development Corporation, ensuring consistent, strategic messaging across traditional, digital, and out-of-home media channels. This role leads the development, execution, and evaluation of advertising campaigns that drive foot traffic, revenue, and brand awareness across LDC properties. Working closely with internal departments, external agencies, and the Digital Media Manager, the Advertising Manager manages creative production, media planning, press releases, communication pieces, and budget forecasting while ensuring all efforts align with corporate goals, brand standards, and gaming regulations. The ideal candidate brings experience in casino or hospitality marketing, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment. This position requires effective leadership, sound decision-making, and a collaborative mindset, as well as the flexibility to work non-traditional hours when necessary.
