What you’ll do: What we’re looking for: Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field (preferred, not required)Minimum four years of hands-on paid media experience managing campaigns across at least four platforms — Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads, and programmatic/CTV experience strongly preferred.Proven ability to manage complexity across multiple client accounts simultaneously, balancing competing priorities without dropping performance quality.Deep fluency in Google Ads campaign types, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and AI Max — including how to structure, monitor, and explain them to clients.Skilled at interpreting ROAS, CPA, CPL, and other performance signals to make fast, well-reasoned optimizations across targeting, creative, and budget allocation.Expertise in conversion tracking, attribution, and dashboard reporting, including building and maintaining Looker Studio dashboards tied to client business goals.Strong client communication and strategic storytelling skills — the ability to turn data into clear insights and recommendations that help clients understand the "why," not just the "what.
