The Advertising Manager implements the strategy, plans, and tactics required to create advertising concepts and campaigns that deliver results and meet Gun Lake Casino Resort’s objectives. We expect that all Team Members take personal ownership in ensuring that everything they do is in the best interest of Gun Lake Casino Resort and embody the core values of the Seven Grandfather Teachings: Manage daily operations of the Advertising Department, including, but not limited to, project management, communication, schedules, budgeting, team development, copywriting, community events, media buys, and creative direction.Serve as a liaison between property departments, advertising agency, in-house designers, and coordinators for all marketing projectsEstablish relationships with new and existing vendors while negotiating the best price points.Establish relationships with the local community and media.Generate purchase orders and work with vendors to ensure all projects are on time and within budget.Create campaigns for a variety of Marketing, and interdepartmental requests.Development of direct mail, on-property signage, advertising, online, and social media campaigns Lead an in-house advertising team consisting of graphic artists, marketing specialists, and a community relations specialist. Tasks may be required to be performed from a sitting or non-sitting position in a confined area.
