Advertising Manager - Lottery - Hybrid

**Overview:** We are seeking a highly skilled Advertising Manager to join our Lottery team. As an Advertising Manager, you will be responsible for managing the timing, creation, development, production, and placement of advertising for all Lottery products, corporate initiatives, responsible gaming, and proceeds awareness. This is a hybrid position, which means you will work outside of a traditional State facility, but may be required to perform work on site occasionally as determined by your supervisor. **Responsibilities:** • Manage the timing, creation, development, production, and placement of advertising for all Lottery products, corporate initiatives, responsible gaming, and proceeds awareness • Provide creative direction to the advertising agency and be a subject matter expert on Lottery policies, standards, advertising strategy, brand guidelines, and content, tone, and voice • Supervise all digital, print, and broadcast creative production and accuracy of all information communicated through Lottery advertising materials • Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and execute marketing initiatives and advertising campaigns to support product and corporate initiatives • Manage Advertising Services vendor contracts • Develop the advertising section of the marketing budget and track the annual budget • Authorize job starts, approve cost estimates, and review billing from the advertising agency • *Qualifications:** • Must meet one of the following or any combination of experience/education to meet the minimum requirements: + 7 years of experience with creating advertisements either at an advertising agency or as the client + Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field, and 3 years of experience with creating advertisements + Master's degree from an accredited institution in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field, and 1 year of experience with creating advertisements • Must possess and maintain a valid, unrestricted Colorado Driver's License • Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs • Must undergo a conflict-of-interest assessment and comply with C.R.S.§ 44-40-110 • Must ensure compliance with Lottery laws and rules, including conflicts of interest • *Benefits:** • The State of Colorado offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, life, and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program • Permanent employees are eligible for promotions and career advancement opportunities • The State of Colorado is committed to building inclusive, innovative work environments and encourages candidates from all identities, backgrounds, and abilities to apply • The Colorado Department of Revenue is committed to providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities and ensuring equal employment opportunities for all qualified individuals
