About Hope for the Heart... Hope for the Heart is a non-profit Christian ministry. Hope for the Heart is seeking a dynamic Advertising & Marketing Manager. Responsibilities • Develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and target audiences for Hope for the Heart and the International Christian Coaching Institute • Collaborate with internal leadership and outside ad agency to plan and execute advertising and media buys to meet ministry goals • Plan, implement, and manage all details of media campaigns with outside agency; including A/B testing, budgeting and optimization of campaigns to meet goals • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal marketing team and driving collaboration • Work with data analyst to measure effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives and media using tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly • Report with the VP of Marketing & Communications to recommend enhancing and improving media practices • Research and identify emerging media trends to inform campaign strategies • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, advertising strategies, and budgets · 3-5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager, Media or Advertising Manager, Media Director, Media Planner, or similar role
