One of Fortune’s Best Places to Work, Perkins Coie, LLP, a leading international law firm, is seeking an experienced Advertising Marketing & Promotions Associate or Counsel with at least seven years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have substantive experience in various areas of advertising law, consumer protection law, and marketing transactions, such as drafting and negotiating ad agency, influencer, celebrity endorsement, sponsorship, online media buying, and other marketing and promotion agreements; reviewing ad copy for false advertising, claim substantiation, IP, and right of publicity issues; counseling on contest and sweepstakes compliance; counseling on price advertising and recurring subscription programs; and advice on loyalty/rewards programs. Experience in a large or medium law firm setting is also preferred but not required. Visits to the Seattle office will be required and admission to the WA bar is preferred but not required.
