The ideal candidate will have substantive experience in various areas of advertising law, consumer protection law, and marketing transactions, such as drafting and negotiating ad agency, influencer, celebrity endorsement, sponsorship, online media buying, and other marketing and promotion agreements; reviewing ad copy for false advertising, claim substantiation, IP, and right of publicity issues; counseling on contest and sweepstakes compliance; counseling on price advertising and recurring subscription programs; and advice on loyalty/rewards programs. Although we will consider a fully remote working arrangement for this role, a hybrid working environment is preferred.
