The training for this role will be held in our Williamsville, NY office for 60-90 days, followed by a hybrid work schedule with both remote and in-office scheduled days. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for responding to incoming calls and emails, processing advertising orders, formatting, proofreading, and processing legal and obituary notices, providing product information, and resolving any customer inquiries or concerns.
